The sai was stopped by the sector...
as the kick was stopped by Rio's hand. Then GekiRed was sent flying towards them, knocking all of them down as the Angler laughed. "I've got you all now!" Then he used his Hidden Technique to strike, opening a portal and sucking them all in, minus the five Fists. Along with the Soujyutou, which remained in Rio's possession.

Mele lost her armor as they were pulled in. It had canceled her Rinki somehow. "Rio-kun!" she screamed out, reaching.
Tsubasa and Kirihiko struggled. Kirihiko plunged his sword into the ground, but lost his grip and was thrown inside, losing his Nazca form. Tsubasa managed to keep his armor on.

Airi was de-henshined as they flew through the portal, along with Jan.
The Angler followed, as Rio also lost his armor...seeing Mele floating near him and pulling her close to have something...or someone to hold on to.

Mele gripped Rio, holding onto him as hard as she could, like a lifeline. That's what he was, now.
Kirihiko and Tsubasa gripped each other's arms, reaching for Airi and Jan.

Airi gripped Kirihiko's arm as Jan did the same with Tsubasa's...they were all stuck in the portal....then as they got to the end of it...everyone blacked out.
(I believe that's how it went initially, right? Then they wake up..)

Airi stirred, under a bridge of sorts, along with the others...The glare of the afternoon sun made her cover her eyes for a moment before she would gaze up to see farmers walking back and forth across a narrow bridge, in period dress...
While Rio was asleep in a home in town, having lost his memory during the trek....the current position he was in would look so cute to his undying admirer.

"I think we...went back in time," Kirihiko muttered, sitting against the sloping ground.
"How is that possible?" Tsubasa questioned.
Mele watched Rio lying there, asleep. She had to undress him to get him into something more...period. She had enjoyed that, but hadn't taken any advantage over the situation. She too was in period wear, in a kimono with her hair down straight, instead of the chameleon curls. She kneeled loyally beside him, hoping he would soon awaken.

Airi looks at him, "It's a hidden technique, though I don't know of it." Then she got up and politely asked the date of a farmer passing by, who gave her the exact date...in the Edo Period.
"The Edo Period....hmmm." Jan said, mulling over this information.
Rio remained asleep, though his dreams were uncharacteristically pleasant.

"What do we do then?" Kirihiko asked.
"Kill the bastard that sent us here," Tsubasa muttered.
Mele continued to kneel beside Rio.

"The Soujyutou." Jan said in realization.
Rio started to stir, feeling a bit groggy before opening his eyes...

"It is a relic of our school of martial arts that possesses great power. That is what I was sent to get." Airi said, "But we ran into Rio-tachi and now we're here....by logic, it should be here too."
Rio put one arm around her back, "Ehh...Mele?" he asked...not having completely lost his memory but most of it...

Airi nods, "Well we need to head into that town.." she said, starting towards it.
Jan got up and stretched a bit before following.
"I...think I blacked out...ohh my head...it hurts." Rio said, still a bit confused.

Kirihiko and Tsubasa followed Jan and Airi into the town.
Mele put her arms around him, holding his head tenderly with one hand, rubbing the back of it, "Don't strain yourself, Rio-kun; just lie here and rest," she whispered, her face close to his.
