"Finn." Takato started. "Got anything for us?"
Issei wondered what exactly they're talking about. Finn replied, "Oh, those two people? Yeah, I've identified them."
"Really?" Takato asked. "Start elaborating."
"The identity of Kabuto is a man named David McLeod." Finn explained. "He is approximately 30-somethin' and works for a group called NEO-ZECT. He has the kabutech zector with the addition of the Hyper Zector and the Perfect Zector."
"And the other?"
"The other is a young woman named Suzie Cross. Age 23. Former photographer and wields the power of Drake."
"Since the info has been obtained," Takato murmured. "Here's what I want to do, Finn..."

After a while of giving instructions...and now in the city...
"Okay," Issei commented with the two photos. "We find the bold commander and a tough chick, am I right?"
"Yep, pretty much," Finn said. "We need to 'borrow' their zectors for a while to gain something out of it. After all, we need to improve the 3WA Guard."
"Well, this place isn't somewhat big?" Issei replied. "Where do we start? It's hard to find them if they're not in rider form."

Suzie smiled as the blockage in the vending machine was undone and a pair of cans tumbled out. She passed one to the little boy who'd been trying to poke it free with a stick and put the other in her bag. Today was a good day! What could possibly go wrong!?

Finn and Issei turned to the left and saw Suzie punch the vending machine and a few cans flowing out.
"Damn, lady, you scary." Issei whispered. He then looked at the picture and at the lady. "Okay, I don't we should mess with her yet. We should find the other target."
"Um...I might agree," Finn replied.

David watched as Suzie approached him from the vending machines. He rarely opted for soda. He took a sip from his take-away coffee cup before throwing it in the bin as his companion approached.
"What took you so long?" he asked sternly

"There he is," Issei pointed out.

"Gee, I wonder if they're gonna destroy themselves," Finn joked. "And leave us to loot their stuff."
"Wish that would happen, sir." Issei replied. "Well, we can't just sit here. Doesn't boss want those things ASAP?"
"Yeah, you know what," Finn planned. "You walk towards them and I walk from the other direction to them. Sound good?"
"Hmmm, very intimidating," Issei said. "You're gonna signal it?"
Finn nodded and silently darted off by moving around the other block and back. Both eventually got in position and waited.

At this david grabbed her arm and held on tightly pulling her towards him
"You know aswell as i do that the Hyper Zecter's capabilities were severely crippled after i crashed in this timeframe. If you die i wont beable to travel back in time and save you. Understand?!"
He just stared into her eyes for a moment before letting go
"War isn't a game, lass!"

Issei and Finn were hit unexpectedly by his statement. They never knew the power of the Hyper Zector was tampered to that extent.

"I don't want you to go back in time and save me," She snapped back "If I die then it's my own fault, you shouldn't mess with time, didn't you watch Doctor Who?"

What's up with all those Doctor Who  ?Finn gave a signal and both walked around normally like any other civilian, but very slowly towards them. They blended in with other by-standing population.
