Description:He has a slim build. His skin is white. He has average feet. His wardrobe is similar to that of a Victorian-era gentleman with a black top hat, white shirt with a black tie, long ankle-height pants and black shoe as well as a black cape.
Rider Stuff
Name:Kamen Rider Judgement
Henshin Device/Sequence:Using his hands he writes mystic runes in front of him, he then says, "Your Judgement has come" and he will be engulfed in purple flame then he would slice through the flame and the sequence will be completed
Forms:
- Form Name:Judgement Form
Appearance: He will be encased in white armor streaked with crimson his helmet is that of a medieval knight's helmet. Behind him are two wings, the right being white and the left black, he can use these wings to fly.
Transformation:See above
Weapons and Abilities:Wields the legendary twin swords, Soul Caliber and Soul Edge. However they can be combined to form the Void Sword but can only be used once per battle. As a sorcerer he has the ability to use high-level magics. He can also control Soul Caliber and Soul Edge telepathically.
Finisher(s):He forms the Void Sword and kicks his opponent into the air then he jumps higher than his enemy, backflips and rapidly descend onto the enemy before slashing him. This attack is powerful enough to destroy most enemies - Form Name:Apocalypse Form
Appearance:He will be incased in black armor and both of his wings will be a purplish flame and he will wear a skull mask.
Transformation:Much the same as before but instead he takes off his eyepatch before initiating the henshin sequnce
Weapons and Abilities:Wields the Death Scythe that is powered by the combined might of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. His magic at this point is far greater to the point that he has the ability to summon the ancient sprits of the elements to aid him in battle.
Finisher(s):He writes a mystic rune on the air and says, "Prepare to witness hell on Earth" then the gates of Hell will open and a Hell Cannon, aimed straight at the opponent, will fire on his opponent instantly obliterating him/her unless he/she somehow avoid it. - Form Name: Salvation Form
Appearance: His physical appearance remains except that he now has six wings, three on either side, and they are white. Also his armour is now pristine gold.
Transformation: More emotion-triggered then deliberately used. When Clive’s emotions run high especially when someone he cares and cherishes about is in danger the Latin hymn, ‘Gloria in Excelsis Deo’, is sung by a choir of Angels out of thin air. Then the Heavens will literally split apart and a ray of light will descend and engulf Clive then he floats to the Heavens and in a single flash of Holy Light he transforms into his Salvation Form
Weapons and Abilities: He wields the sword of Michael, Redemptio of Vir, which has a golden hilt and the faces of Angels on either side of it. He also has the shield of Michael, Tutor of Vir, which renders most demonic spells useless unless it’s very high-class.
Finisher(s): Since he is in Salvation form his finisher is majestic and holy. Clive sticks his sword point-first into the ground then kneels and crosses himself. Then the same Holy Light in his transformation sequence descends on him and then he prays the Our Father which initiates a series of actions:
Our Father who art in Heaven
Clive floats towards the Heavens.
Hallowed by thy name
Clive brings his sword in front of him
Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven
A series of crosses will circle around him before closing in on him and being absorbed into the sword
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive those who trespass against us
Then his sword glows with an intense light as the prayers, hopes and dreams of all of humanity gathers within his sword
And deliver us from evil!
Clive swoops down and charges toward his enemy and right upon the world ‘evil’ he horizontally slashes his enemy and using his feet as a break skids to a stop
Then as he finishes his prayer the enemy’s body burst into a flame that looks like a cross and just before exploding Clive will finish off with an “Amen”. - Form Name: War Form
Appearance:
Transformation: The Earl takes out a red handgun and with an insane laugh yells, “War is coming…” and fires it in the air. Then the screams of the tormented rings out all over the place before a steed composed of hellfire bursts from the ground and charges at the Earl, smashing into him, and transforming him into his War Form.
Weapons and Abilities: He wields the Sword of War and have access to all of Clive’s spells. However unlike Clive’s other forms he cannot fly.
Finisher(s): Hack and slash till the enemy explodes.
Inside Stuff
Personality:Usually a cold and calculating person he can be arrogant in front of people, which sometimes become his weakness, but occasionally shows his softer side especially if someone shows him kindness towards him.
His thirst for vengeance is what drives him forward to the point that he would willingly attack anyone if he thinks that they have information about his family's murderer. This can prove to be troublesome especially with law enforcement agencies as he tends to walk a fine line between being evil and being good depending on what he's current situation is.
However his personality can also change depending on who's more dominant, if Satan is dominant then he will become aggressive and sadistic to the point that he enjoys torturing his opponent. If Michael is dominant then he will become a kind and merciful person and will usually let his opponent live unless it is an evil person then he will cut him down.
He is well aware of what would happen if he completes his mission, that his soul would be damned to hell (since he made a deal with Satan and Heaven won't accept him since he illegally absorbed Michael). However he doesn't care as long as he has completed his mission and his vengeance satisfied thus he doesn't care if he has to kill to achieve his goal or break morals such as performing experiments to further strengthen himself or his minions.
After the events of Change the World Clive developed a split-personality disorder from witnessing his cousin, Elizabeth's, death a second time. This led to the rise of a darker alter ego called 'The Millennium Earl' as the Millennium Earl he is much sadistic and eviler than he ever was, believing that humanity is nothing more than trash and should be eliminated, he frequently consorts with villains such as Azrael and Jack Frost while the truth remains that he serves only himself and are merely using them as tools to further his agenda.
He has an unquenchable thirst for the death of Ryotarou Nogami, AKA Kamen Rider Den-O, since he holds him responsible for the death of his cousin. He consistently searches for new powers to use so that he may finally kill him and send his soul screaming into Hell.

History:Clive Edingburgh was once a happy and bright boy who came from a family of powerful sorcerers with direct connections to Magitopia, the land of magic, however one day he came home to find that his entire family had been massacred. Grief-stricken he stayed at his home alongside the corpses of his family for three days before Magitopian officials came in, he was taken to Magitopia for questioning but was later released when they found out that he doesn't know anything.
He was taken to a relative of his but was abused by them as they believe that he had cause his family's death causing him to be cold and emotionless. Plagued by nightmares as well as the constant abuse, Clive finally decided to contact the King of Hell, Satan, in order to make a deal so that his family might be reborn. His cousin, Elizabeth, found out about his plan and told her family who in turn contacted Magitopia. They sent the powerful Archangel, Michael so he could reason with Clive and if not, to kill him so that Satan did not have a host.
On the day of the deal Clive went to a nearby forest where Satan was waiting for him, as the deal was about to be finalized Michael barged in and attacked Satan. In a momentary epiphany Clive realized something, 'Why have the power of the Devil when I can have the power of both Angel and Demon?' He instantly drew a rune that binded both beings in place then another one that drained their powers and return it to him. After absorbing Satan and Michael into his body he used his new found powers Clive sealed the doors of Magitopia and Hell so that they could not interfere, however in order to keep his powers in check he created a magic eyepatch that would regulate his powers so he is not consumed completely and loses his soul. Thus he became Kamen Rider Judgement and is now traveling around the world to test his new found powers and to find who murdered his family.
Anything Else:Because Clive absorbed the power of Satan and Michael, he has the ability to summon Kaijus and/or grunts from both Heaven and Hell to aid him in his battle or to retrieve information. Because of his magic he can use mind-control on regular grunts such as Zectroopers or Riotroopers, everyone else is immune to this.

Sample RP:Clive maintained his composure as Riotroops began to surround him, "Give up" one of the Riotrooper said, "You have no hope of escaping"
"Do not take me for a weakling fool" Clive said and he uttered a spell which instantly incinerated the Riotrooper. His colleagues backed away as they began to realise that this was no ordinary human.
"Prepare for your judgement" Clive said and he drew the mystic sign, instantly he was engulfed in purple flame.
"Fire, fire" shouted one of the Riotroopers and they all fired but found that their bullets melted before they even reached Clive.
Using his hand Clive sliced through the flame and emerged as Kamen Rider Judgement, "Now, let's get this show on the road" he said unsheathing Soul Caliber and Soul Edge before slicing the first Riotrooper he sees.
