Armagedon homecoming [Robin, Kenneth, Jack + 3]

[Sir Peter Mantis]

The monster brought up his left arm to block Jarvis's attack and sent him flying behind into a building. Simultaneously he aimed an uppercut, with his right clawed arm, at Kenneth chest.

"You should know better, Barghest!"

[Kenneth Frost]

Kenneth's jaw throbbed as he flew up and landed in a heap, dropping a tonfa in the process. He coughed and glared at the undead.

[Robin Jarvis]

Robin pulled himself out of the rubble, the debris giving him a statue like appearance.

"Kenneth! You hit him low, I'll go high."

Robin charged in with a face level roundhouse punch.

[Kenneth Frost]

"On it!" Kenneth called, running forward and slashing at the undead's ankles.

[Sir Peter Mantis]

The creature blocked Robin's attack with crossed forearms but Kenneth's attack took his feet out from under him sending the Horsemen and Jarvis heads over heels into the dirt. Robin rolled into a crouched three point stance with Ebon hand held at ready.

As the Horseman pulled itself to it's feet it's disarrayed robes revealed sickly and weak legs beneath his armored torso.

[Kenneth Frost]

Kenneth jumped up and ran at the monster again, pushing the buttons on his belt and activating his Exceed Charge ...

[Sir Peter Mantis]

The Horseman frantically scrambled to his feet to block the Exceed attack, his arms came up in cross in front of his face.

+Mess him up a bit, just don't kill him. I got one final speech planned.+

[Kenneth Frost]

The creature's undead arms barely protected him from the seething photon energy. Kenneth roared and threw his arms out, sending the horseman tumbling backwards, one arm falling off, burnt straight through and the other leaking some nasty substance from a deep burning gash. Kenneth smiled behind his helmet and approached the horseman. What could he do without arms?

War fell down into a crater that had formed around him from the attack. His ruined arms lay next to him in a mangled mess. The creature looked up from his blackened armor.

"Hehehe." his chuckle came out half laugh, half cough "Even when I die, I still win. War is eternal, war is the fuel that will burn the world."

The Horseman looked towards Robin "I am dead and so are the other two. You know who will be your next adversary."

The monster looked to the north "I can feel him. He is coming. And no one can resist his power."

[Kenneth Frost]

Kenneth glared at it.
"Go to Hell," he quipped, stabbing his tonfa through the monster's head.

[Robin Jarvis]

The Horseman's skull cracked like a can beneath a heel. War's skin began crawling and dissolving around Kenneth's tonfa. Thousands of billions of ants form out of it's blood and begin crawling into the surrounding rubble.

When all of the ants had disappeared all that remained was the queen, an ugly bloated insect the size of your hand. The thing is clutching a blood red key with a triangle hole in it.

Robin walked over and crushed the queen beneath his boot while his armor retracted, leaving only the mask to cover his scarred face. He bent over a picked up the key.

"Here." instantly he threw the key to Kenneth. He hid his hand behind his back, hiding the triangle that had just burned into it from the key.

+Kenneth will not be burned by the key.+

[Kenneth Frost]

Kenneth grabbed it.
"It's a key," He said "A red key that was inside a zombie ... oh ... ewwwwww," He pulled and held the key at arms length.

[Robin Jarvis]

Robin pulled on his biker gloves an saddled his cycle.

"Keep it. There's another two out there somewhere. He said his brothers were dead, which means there are other Horseman slayers we need to find."

He revved the engine.

"And someone else as well."

[Kenneth Frost]

"But what is it?" Kenneth asked, getting on his own bike "What's it a key for?"

[Robin Jarvis]

"It's a key to a very old portal, like a gateway. We have to get the other two keys and close it, once He comes through. Then He'll be mortal, and we can take him out."

Robin gunned the bike and speed deeper into the city....
