Gotou's face twisted into pain as the arm tried to force him to eject it; it was burning him. He ejected it and ran forward, grabbing Cell Medals and gathering them up from Ankh's wound. He ran back to his arm, attempting to load another three while his men moved in on Ankh to keep him pinned with stronger bullets and their Cell Slingers.

[Just wondering, what kind of weaponry is the Cell Slinger?]

The profiles state that they are elongated arm mounted weapons with a sleek design with a grip that wraps around to the hand, like the Taja Spinner. Cell Medals are loaded into the body, and then it focuses the powers. It's not like the Birth Buster that fires whole Cell Medals, the Slingers shoot about a tenth of the power, so ten shots a Cell Medal, which means it's fairly weak, but effective in large quantities.

"Tch." Ankh emptied his wings, firing a huge cascade of them as he reverted to his human form and hid in a crowd of worried people, slowing making his way to the back.

A handful of men were on the ground, seriously wounded from the feather attacks. Date was overseeing all of them, worried about most of them. He hoped that Terui would get to the Medals soon, and that they would be worth this.
Gotou was shouting orders to the able men, ignoring the crowds and Ankh at the moment. He reloaded his Arm and put it into the case, rushing after Terui, downstairs after the Medals.

Growing tired with sifting through the crowd he returned to a medallic mass before turning into an angry storm of Cell Medals, flying through the crowd and smashing open a door to get downstairs.

Gotou shouted, "Hold him off!" he pushed on forward with the rest of the men. Three men turned and fired on Ankh's Medal form with their handguns, hoping to slow him down, knowing they couldn't shoot enough to stop him completely.

A few Cell Medals strayed for a moment but were magnetized back onto the stream as Ankh angrily advanced on the Medals, red light trailing through his body.
[If you're wondering what he's doing, the Greeed did this in Episode 1 of KROOO.]

Terui ran for the Medal container, finally having found it.
The soldiers were unable to stop Ankh and ran to provide backup to the main force.

"Give it to me." Ankh demanded as he solidified behind Terui before slashing at him with a clawed arm.

Terui rolled, holding the stone container under his arm. He fired with his Slinger at Ankh.

Ankh shrugged it off and pounced on Terui, a taloned leg on his shoulder.
"Give it or I'll rip your arm off."

He had the stone under his left arm. His gun was on his left leg.
"Fine," he said, dropping it, pulling the gun as he released, tilting it up and firing at point blank.

Ankh took the shot as he rolled aside to get the tablet. He laughed manicacally as he twisted open the lid to open the tablet.
"Come to me, Core Medals!" He shouted and the canister began to glow with a purple light before Ankh fell to the group, doubling over in pain.

"Secure the Medals!" screamed Gotou, "Half of you, keep the Greeed down! Half of you, pursue!"
Terui took the stone up again and ran after the Medals along with half the men, while Gotou watched men surround Ankh, firing with their stronger bullets, while he wasn't sure to go or stay yet. He was waiting to see what Ankh did.
