Given a day off of training, off of protecting the head of the Shiba clan? Ayane didn't like that, but at least it gave her time to get to know their new ShinkenGold - Kasumi - better, and that was something she had been looking forward to.

"Not really. I didn't have any real plans today," she said, walking to her table and sitting in a free chair.

"We don't know each other very well...I was hoping we could change that today," she told Kasumi.

"So...what do you want to do today, then?" she hadn't thought that it might actually work out.

"Not one," she said. "I just planned on walking today..."

"I'll join you...if you wouldn't mind," Ayane said, "It...should be fun. We could talk."

"All right!" Kasumi said in English. "Let's go!" she then excitably stood up, nearly knocking over the chair.

Ayane was more reserved, pushing her chair back and standing, pushing it back in.

Kasumi pushed her chair back in. "So which direction do you want to go in?" she asked.
