Dekamaster put the Colt on her waist as she drew the weapon mentioned, energy running through the blade as it was activated as she slashed aside the fireballs. Her first slash would impact on his shield, and a kick to the side would hopefully throw him a little off guard so her second slash would hit on his gauntlet arm, just below the protection of it, and damage him, forcing him to drop the weapon.
(If you want that sequence of events (which I think is logical btw) to happen, just go with it. Or post back your thoughts)

Adam went back for his Axe and picked it up. He then charged at Tsukasa. "Take this!" he shouted, swinging his axe.

Tsukasa took the slashes but at the last moment he jumped up with a bicycle kick aimed at Jasmine, the blade missing him as he did a full flip and fired upside-down at Adam.

Whip dodged back, away from Death. He used the power of his sphere, diving into the cement as if it were water, then popping up behind him, opening fire.

(Note, she's not as experienced as Keiji or Doggie, but she *knows* the style.)
Dekamaster, using her knowledge of the Galaxy Sword style gleaned from touching the Master License with her glove off, took one full step to the left and turned right, bringing her blade down on Dark Decade's exposed leg, right above the knee joint armor. "The idea is simply to arrest him by whatever means necessary." She replied, staying focused.

Tsukasa landed on his back, his armour disappearing as the black and grey armour of Dark Decade reappeared. He pulled out his Ride Booker and began to shoot at the Rangers.

The shots hit Danny and knock him to the ground. In his frustration Danny places a flaming skeletal hand on the wood floor and sets it a flame. It won't do much now but soon the whole place is going to be on fire.

Whip shot up, switching spheres in the air and spinning it again. He was entering his strongest form, using the power of the Thunder Phoenix.
He assumed a green Ranger-like form, landing in front of Danny, lifting his naginata for a thunder and lightning laced attack.

Tsukasa looked back at the fight between the riders.
"I... I want that power..." He murmured. He picked himself up, running foward as he slashed down with his Ride Booker.

Dekamaster drops to one knee, holding her blade in a guard position and catching the Ridebooker slash as she turns the D-Colt up at him while on her waist, and fires from the hip, aiming at his open guard (chest, stomach etc)

Tsukasa took the attack and stumbled before dashing foward and swiping at Jasmine with reverse grip, the sword changing back into a gun as Tsukasa scanned a card.
"Attack Ride : Blast." He sprinted foward and shot at Raiga, ignoring the flames around him.

Whip took the shots from behind, crying out in pain as his form took damage. This form wasn't as resistant as his other two.

Dekamaster turned the sword to the side, letting his blade scrape along her own before she stood up as he fired at Raiga, "D-Power charged...Magnum Blast!" She aimed a blast directly at the back of Dark Decade's waist, where his belt lay. If it hit, it might dislodge it and reverse his transformation, or just simply deal a great blow to his lower back.
