Kaisu's ears were still ringing as he stumbled out of the Jet Sliger. He fumbled around with his belt and pulled out the phone, opening it and pressing 'End Call'. There was a flash and red lines shrank back into the belt. He walked around for a while before deciding to get something to eat, the breifcase in hand.

Kiriha was still on his potentially vain search, looking for Riders to join his Rider Army. He had yet to find anyone who actually joined him. Interest it seemed, yes, but no joiners.
Food was his priority right now...

Kaisu yawned as he entered a European restaurant, bumping into a familiar body.
"Sorry, but this is officially a business meeting now." Ryotarou told him.
"Ruined my good day." Kaisu huffed in reply.
"Your good day killing yourself with Faiz." Ryotarou shot back.
"Yup." Kaisu chuckled. The two found a random table and sat down.

Kiriha walked in, hearing a small portion of the conversation.
Faiz...? Wasn't that a Rider?
Kiriha sat nearby, intent on listening.

"I've spoken to some of the other board members about this and they've all agreed that the Faiz Gear should be transferred to James Blackwood. He'll make a good rider." Ryotarou told Kaisu.
"James? I've got nothing against that, but I just thought I'd say.... There's a reason why he could suddenly use Faiz.' He said darkly. His face changed as the impression of the Dragon Orphenoch appeared on him.

Kaisu leant back, his face reverting to normal.
"If he finds out... He'll be mortified." He sighed. "At any rate, giving Faiz to him is a good idea. He'll make good use of it."

"Hey boss" Tony said, "why do we get the assignments?" he then shot at an Orphenoch before kicking it back.
"Because" Gibbs said as he ducked below and kicked it in the gut, "we're the special force designed" he dodged another attack, "to complete assignments like this."
"Why you ask Tony?" Kono asked, "getting tired?"
Tony simply grinned and mowed down a couple of Orphenochs, "Not in the least" he said.

"Anyway." Ryotarou started before waving over a waiter and ordering a small steak, salad and coffee. "I think we might as well give him a live test with the gear and then work on him and the gear, as well as maybe a DNA passcode."

"Should we let him test out his new powers?" Kaisu smirked. Ryotarou shrugged and flipped open the K-Taros and slid in a Rider Ticket - DiEnd.
"Daiki, have you got a trace on any Orphenoch?" Ryotarou asked. Soon, the card changed at it came out of the phone. Ryotarou held up the card, sliding it over on the table. "You can give this to James, then."
