This is true." Zack took a lot of time to get the permission form the govs to present this info but then again he would have done so anyway." We Are doing our very best to fight them and most importantly to keep people safe. Those are our first piority and we strive ourselves to make sure that people around the world can be safe form these monsters."

Kiriha was in the audience. He knew of this group, and had plans similar to them, though he only wanted Riders. He didn't want to put people in danger by having them act as rescue workers for his group.

"I've got a question." Kiriha said, "Why do you put civilians at risk by having them try to rescue people? Why not leave that to the UFDA?" He started to sound demanding.

"Simple with the current problems arising we cannot just depend on one orginazation for help. the UFDA is a resourceful group but they alone won't be able to handle the strain on this crisis, one or a few sometimes cannot fight against a raging fire it takes a lot of hand to help to put it out."

"You doubt the abilities of Rescue Force, Fire, Aqua and Police?" Kiriha questioned, "They have a lot of power behind them, a lot of people there to work." He was getting off topic, "I understand that the people who join you no doubt know the risk, but why join with you? Why not join with the UFDA? Why not just allow your people to be a pure combat unit that could do more good without having to worry about your own civilians in your way?"

"That is their decision sir," said Zack,"They could have joined UFDA but with that was their choice, I do not doubt the abilities of the Rescue force and its divisions at all, as for being pure combat its an usurped idea, just fighting to protect when the said fighting is destroying and hurting people all around? No we are here to help not to get in the way of helping."

Zack holds his hand up for them to quite down," Mr Alexander, the Fallen Rangers as they are calling themselves are not officially part of my orginazation. They becoming rangers or the reason for becoming rangers was not influence by my orginazation but by circumstances. When my organization found out about their exsitance we decide to give them the best chance of survival by backing them and placing a few team near their usual area of operation to back them up. As for Satanists i believe they are unrelated to the matter but Devils are although i do not fully understand the reason myself."
