Kenneth chuckles a little.
"Good luck holding me," He said getting up and cracking his knuckles.

Greg hung up the phone and sighed.

"We're doing this again? C'mon man, just sit down and go quietly, don't wanna add resisting arrest to your charges, do you?"

He stretched lazily.

"Besides, I rolled on you pretty hard just now."

Kenneth chuckled and with a burst of flames transformed into the goat orphnoch.
"No seriously, good luck holding me, I can just walk off right now," He told them.

"Not if I beat your ass down again. Guess I'll have to tie you up after, this time."

And thus the Civil Servant returned, and with that telltale shout of "HENSHIN!", he was once again Excelsior. He would need to do this fast, before the police arrived - he didn't want to endanger any officers, and he didn't want Kenneth to escape.

"You have two choices, goat boy. You can sit back down, or you can start eating that trash can."

Kenneth chuckled and started circling around Greg.
"Bring it on then," He smirked, charging at him with the intent to ram him with his horns.

Greg gritted his teeth. This might hurt, but dodging might leave this monster an opportunity to get away, and he couldn't have that. So he set his heels and braced himself, taking the horns full in the chest, but wrapping his arms around Kenneth's head in the process. With any luck, he woulc be able to initiate a grapple from here.

Then he realized Kenneth was pushing him backwards.

Kenneth stopped short, hoping to throw Greg off of him, mainly because he couldn't see what with the enemy rider on his face.
