Sakura snapped up surprised that Lisa would be asking her opinion of what she thought about the Earth branch, she thought for a moment before saying, "Although the Earth branch is well-equipped to combat Alienizers and other terrorists I believe that we are not well-equipped with facing other threats such as Kamen Riders or other Sentais that seek to destabilise the world and with the fall of Smart Brain things are bound to get worse. I would recommend that the Dekatwilight suit are mass produced if possible so that all Dekas, or at least ones that we trust, are equipped with them and they can combat this threat."

"The Dekatwilight suit requires Tokkyou training. Something I don't believe these silver badges could do. However...now that you mention these other people...I may decide to extend my stay here until the matter with DekaSky is resolved. "Yes ma'am that's correct however they don't seem to have the suits for the Dekatwilight...I've also heard of a similar group of people that have the same thing, in fact Branch Chief Marion actually met one of them."
