Lisa sat at the restaurant on Dekabase that serviced the Earth Branch members...in a corner booth. She had called Sakura here based on a previous note that she would talk to her. And now, she waited.

Sakura arrived in the restaurant, she had been called by Tiger to have lunch with her. She was nervous what she wanted but she also wanted to make her proud so she found the corner booth that Lisa had chosen and saluted her, "Sakura Mouri-Kudo reporting ma'am" she said in an official voice.

"Do sit down." Lisa said, ordering something for Sakura. "It was a shame that we could not speak further during my initial arrival, but I am pleased to see that man's daughter follow in his footsteps." she said, allowing Sakura to see a small smile as a token of her respect for Sakura's father.

Sakura sat down and nodded, "So you knew my father ma'am?" she asked, she knew that her father had met some people who would later on become key people within the SPD but she never thought that he would meet the woman that would later become the head of the Tokkyou Division.

"I did" Lisa said in responce, taking a sip of the special tea brew from Lumiere, SPD branches would often serve exotic stuff from other planets. "We were partnered on several missions, and I acted as his support."

"I see" Sakura said, "he told me about several of the people he met while he was Dekabright, he also told me some of them soon became important people within the SPD so I guess...I guess that's true."

"Thank you ma'am" Sakura said bowing, she knew that Lisa would've known about her abuse in the SPD and then Toyua attempting to rape her, she wondered what Lisa really thought about her but she couldn't ask to her superior.

"I have no reason to lie to you, Kudo. Such things as emotions and drama do not appeal to me." Lisa said, being perceptive as well. "You are a Tokkyou, and therefore I think of you what is to be thought of one until you give me a reason to change that opinion."

"I plan to investigate unknown special threats, that may turn out to be what they are, or less than what they are." Lisa replied, "And I plan to see what happened with the incident we spoke of in the Dekaroom." she said this a little lower.

"I see" Sakura said wondering if she should tell Lisa that there was someone that was impersonating SPD officers, she then nodded thinking that was for the best, "ma'am are you aware that there is a group that can impersonate SPD officers?" she asked.

"It seems that was tied directly to the contraband trumpet that this Branch's Chief confiscated from them. Now whether this group ties in with what I am here to investigate...that's a different story." Lisa replied.
