"Attacking the embassies could possibly be trying to undermine our connections with those other countries. As for government buildings...maybe an attack on the government itself, rather than just the economy." Hoji suggested.

"So it's someone who hates our government and wants to undermine it" Sakura said, "hmm...perhaps we should search for local terrorists or home-grown fanatics with links to political and military dictators if what you're saying is true then they're hitting the banks purely to fund themselves for their next attack."

"Perhaps. We're best off looking through registration records of Alienizers in the area with known terrorist affiliations. But that only accounts for ones we know of, and ones in Japan." Hoji said.

"Hmm...how about international records? Don't we have SPD branches in other parts of the world?" Sakura asked as she sat a computer and began to process the thousand applications of alienizers on Earth.

"Not really." Hoji admitted, "Mostly in Japan."

"Bummer" Sakura said, "hmm...he's a promising one, an alienizer who's been recently protesting at SPD centres complaining that his home world is being subjected to dictator-like rules from the SPD. He's been arrested for disorderly conduct and...get this he tried to blow up an SPD training facility just last week using he's homeworld power of cloning themselves and blowing themselves up. Sounds like our guy."

"Possibly." Hoji said, "Occam's Razor; the simplest answer is most often the correct one. That applies in medicine; I don't believe that it applies in our branch of the law." He shrugged, "Let's check it out, though."

Sakura smiled, "My father used to say that...he said it was his favourite quote" but then stopped herself as she mentioned her father again, "anyway shall we go sir?"

Wonderful. Two Tokyouu's. Bridge sighed and started typing again. "You two go ahead, phone me if you need anything," He sighed.
He'd been sure there were more than three people in the SCU, they just never came in because they thought it was a waste of time. But yeah, this was the special crimes unit. Three people in a small office filled with unfiled paperwork. Great.

Hoji nodded to Bridge, "Ok, we'll let you know. Come on, Sakura." He said, heading out.

"Yes sir!" Sakura saluted as both of them went to the last known location of the alienizer, which was formerly an apartment for known alienizers now turned into a parking lot, "guess he's not here then...he didn't want to be found since he didn't leave any forwarding address." But then she noticed the alienizer, "Oh there he is...excuse me sir we're with the SCU we would like to ask you some questions if you don't mind."

The Alienizer saw them approaching, and ran. It had a sleek reptilian form and was able to run pretty quickly from them.
"Let's pursue." Hoji said, rushing after it.

"Yes sir!" Sakura said as she ran full speed towards the Alienizer, she then called her bike, Machine Boxer, and it soon roared towards her. With a jump she got on and began to pursue the Alienizer, "SCU freeze!" she shouted but, of course, it didn't stop and continued to run. Then Sakura managed to box it into an alley with no way out, "now...do you want to do this the hard way? Or the easy way?" she said...though she thought that it sounded too cliche.

Hoji secured the back, drawing his License, "Alienizer, for the crimes of destroying banks, government buildings, embassies, and assassinating important people, Judgment!"
He let the scan go as the Alienizer was boxed in. But as it ended, the verdict came back Innocent.

"Damn..." Sakura said as she let the Alienizer go, "he's innocent now what?" She racked her brain to think of who else can cause this.
