The game had changed. Things were simple before, back when the Angels and Demons just attacked random things around town and they would go rush in and crush them. Before the White Ranger killed Rev. Matthews.
Of course the media and official reports say it was actress Jennifer Blake coming down from a bad drug trip that murdered him but the Rangers knew well that there was more to it. Azrael had crossed the line. After a week of stunned morning, phone calls and paperwork the funneral had begun.

Bridge Carson was wearing a black shirt, black trousers, black shoes and ... well that was it really. He was sitting at the back of the pews while an elderly woman identified people for him, Mrs. McLeary who lived next door to her, Arnold Hemmingway, Julie Hemmingway who was Arnolds granddaughter, other reverends, friends, well wishers etc. etc. This went on until she stopped on a redheaded woman sitting in between Stella Rollo (A chubby young woman sitting with her husband, both of them were carrying a nine week old baby girl in their arms, twins) and Bob Stevenson (An old man who was very quiet and didn't say much).
Suzie Cross didn't feel comfortable here. She barely knew the Fallen Rangers and yet ... here she was.

Elizabeth was in a similar position. She had attended out of respect. She felt a bit outcast for she couldn't care less about religion, but she had still decided to come.
With the redhead that hated her soooo much..

Clive was wearing his normal outfit, he couldn't believe that Azrael would boldly attack like this. He had underestimated the angel and he and the Fallen Rangers were now paying the price, as he sat down he began to have pains in his hear again. Ever since he got back from his trip to the past he felt that something was wrong...he would often blackout in his room and wake, sometimes hours later, in another part of town with no explanation as to why. His spirits were unusually quiet and he couldn't contact them at all...he just knew that something was wrong.

The eulogies goes on as people who only knew the mask show how much they didn't know about the man underneath. Talking about his work in the church and community as though they were the greatest things he had ever done. No mention of how he through his own soul away to save this miserable city from the beyond.
Those that knew the truth bit their tounges, keeping things under that hats to prevent another incident. They had to be kept in the dark to to be kept safe.
At last it was Alan's turn to speak. He stepped up to the podieum, and took a deep breathe. "We all know what they said. That my Father was killed buy a starlet falling off the wagon and looking for a fix. That is not what happened. Someone set him up to be killed. Someone murdered him. Most of you think I've gone insane with grief as you hear these words, while a select few of you know the truth in what I have to say. I swear upon the sacred ground of this very church that I will not rest until the guilty party has been brought to justice and paid for their crime."
He walks away from the podiuem to a series of shocked and terrified gasps but he didn't let them bother him. The message wasn't meant for anyone in this church, but for someone watching from above. He walks back to his seat stoping beside Clive as he does so. "You said you wanted to say something, right?"

Clive slowly shook his head, "Only that you have my condolences Alan...he was a good mentor and I enjoyed talking to him about God and demons" suddenly Clive could feel something tugging on his brain...his spirit. He tried to wrestle with it but it was useless, soon the Earl emerged from his mind, "Excuse me" the Earl said and went to a secluded area of the church.
Then taking out the red handgun he laughed, "This is going to be fun..." then as the sky darken he shouted loud enough for his words to echo, "War is coming!" before firing the gun and transforming into the Apocalypse Rider of War. He then jumped up and landed in front of the entire congregation, "greetings Fallen Rangers...and Wild Space Corp of course, sorry to cut in but I have orders to slaughter everyone here." The Earl then charged at them.

Screw it.
Screw secrecy. Screw people knowing. Screw personal safety. Bridge Carson pulled a device out of his pocket, powered through the people running to the exit and charged at the red cloaked figure running at him.
"Emergency! Dekaranger!" He shouted.
His body flashed white, then red and the dekasuit appeared on his body, one hand went to the holster on his left hip, the other came up towards the riders face.

"Oh good morning Officer Carson...lovely day isn't it?" the Earl mocked, "shame that this field will have to be bathe in blood" he then brought out his sword and slashed at Bridge a few times.

The first hit was dodged fairly easily, the second was blocked with the little silver band round his glove and a flick of the wrist, the third slash ...
Well the third slash cut down his suit and sent him to his knees. Bridge looked up, holding his chest tightly. That had hurt a lot more than it had any right to.

The Earl laughed like a madman, "Surely a Dekaranger, a Dekared even, should be more stronger than that? Oh well...this is goodbye then...Brilliant Overlord!" Clive then flipping backwards, slashing the air multiple times and sending waves of energy flying towards the enemy. He then pauses for a moment and releases several more energy waves before bringing his sword towards his sheath. As he does so, a ball of energy appears between himself and his foe, damaging them several more times. After, the ball then explodes, dealing one final strike to Bridge.

"I do not know who you are, or why Azrael saw fit to send you hear on this day of all days but I will not let you stand here making a mockery of my Father's legacy." Alan said walking up to the strange new rider and drawing his crystal.
Red Fallen Power
The other rangers followed suit drawing their crystals and activating their powers.
Blue Fallen Power
Yellow Fallen Power
Black Fallen Power
Pink Fallen Power
The Rangers transformed to the horrified gasps of the congergation. "My Father gave his life and soul to see that people need not be afraid of monsters like you. You'd best go home and tell your other horsemen friends to go crawl back into their seals."
After all that worry and concern about what Alan was to do about the world knowing about their powers and secret war it all went out the window here and now.

The Earl looked at Alan and then pointed his sword towards him, "Idiots like you who think you can stand up to our powers...should not exist!" he then sent a wave of hellfire towards them.

The Rangers counter with their own blasts of hellfire.
"What was that now?" Alan asked summoning his swords and charging in to fight War.
"Penny, get Bridge and the civilians out of here. Harriet find the Riders. Martain and Larry back me up this is freaking War not some random demon."

The Earl tutted, "Very well done Alan...however there is one thing that you failed to take into account..." the Earl then chanted, "O blade of noble light, overpower even indestructible evil! Blade Roll" then a swarm of blades materialise in the air and then fly towards the Alan and the various Rangers spread out to either aid the civilians or to find the Riders.

Elizabeth stifled a gasp when she saw Bridge but swiftly transformed.
She shot at the blades with her Arms Shooter and skidded to a stop.
"At a time like this..." She muttered. She drew her Beast and Amazing Memories.
"Henshin." She shouted, swapping out Arms for the two. He armour changed to a feminine yet demonic figure as she became the succubus.
