(Ok basically what's going on here, Kiba's split off from the Army for a little while, and has gone to North America to where he used to be at, seeking the location of a top-secret Smart Brain lab based off clues that Wakana provided him from the Gaia Library.)
Kiba walked the bike out of the mirror, with a nod to Natsumi in her white Rider form, who'd opened it for him...that was on the roadside near Chicago. These were his old stomping grounds so to speak...and he had come to look for his friend...no...his old tag-team partner. If he was in trouble...he had to get him out.

Thomas and Marilen followed him through. Marilen was following to be with Kiba, and to use her powers, while Thomas had gone to at least prove himself, use his senses, and help to cover Marilen, since she had no Rider powers.

Sakura was also in America after introducing Kanna to Jasmine and having her join the SPD, she was also on the lookout for any sign of Smart Brain activity, if Kanna was here then there had to be more 'enforcers' in the area, so she had some time off to investigate.

"Keep an eye out, this place is like the wild west, from what I remember." Kiba said, having his Rider belt and equipment in the sidecar. He'd gone in his black leather coat and blue jeans with combat boots...his senses heightened.

"Well...clearly someone was here before us," Thomas stated, "The building looks terrible."
It had been somewhat rebuilt...but it wasn't looking good, after Section's attack, even though that was months ago, "Shouldn't be hard," he guessed, "Well, as hard as it could have been."

"Wow...this building has seen better days" Sakura muttered to herself as she entered the crumbling building, SPD didn't know much about the attack only that Smart Brain had lost, she now wondered who could have the courage...and firepower to do this to an international organisation.

Sakura looked through the building, trying to find any clues that might lead to where Smart Brain may have been hiding, according to Kanna there should be something here though she didn't know what it may be.

They made their way through the darkened corridors, moving around debris and and all that...Soon they'd be arriving at the only virtually untouched room in the building...a wide lobby with an elevator at the other end. "It's too quiet." Kiba commented softly.
