History
Jun did not get the greatest of starts. He grew up, the son of a gambling addict and abusive father and bank teller mom, who tried to defend Jun from his father, but wound up getting a frying pan to the head. Hard. Jun's father was arrested for and convicted of manslaughter, and Jun entered the foster care system, bouncing from house to house until he was 14, when he finally came into the care of a foster family that he liked. They were Hikaru and Mika Harata, and they wound up eventually adopting him into their family.
When he finally entered school again after having to drop out of third grade when he entered the system, he got okay grades, but showed incredible athletic prowess. He was a natural prodigy at things like soccer and basketball, and became the star player of several school teams very fast. He stopped playing sports in the eleventh grade, because his adoptive parents had decided he needed to work on his grades.
When Jun graduated high school at 18, he took a gap year and wandered through the countryside of Japan by thumb, taking the odd job for cash and never staying in one place for more than two months. He returned after two years, and started his college career, graduating with a degree in marketing at 22, and became just another salaryman, mindlessly tapping away at a keyboard every day. Eventually, he got bored, and decided to quit. He did so by walking into his boss's office, cursing at him for ten minutes, then slamming his letter of resignation on the desk and leaving, kicking over a copier as he did.
After about 6 months of more odd jobs, he was approached by a interesting organization, who offered to make him incredibly rich and powerful. Jun refused initially, and it escalated until they just up and straight up kidnapped him. He woke up strapped to a table in a weird lab, with a strange man standing in front of him. This man introduced himself as Horatio DeLewis, leader of T.A.R.O.T., and explained in gruesome detail the procedure they had preformed on him to turn him into a Card. They then threw him in a padded cell for six months, in an attempt to indoctrinate him, but he accessed his power and blew the door down, and proceeded to rampage through the labs, killing every Card Trooper and scientist he could find, ending with a confrontation with Codename Emperor on the testing floor. He was handily beaten, until he found the Arcana Driver sitting on a table and used it, allowing him to use Emperor's own power to defeat him, and he escaped the facility on the TarotChaser.
He rented an apartment with cash from his savings account, and discovered everything else the procedure had given him, including the martial arts stuff. He decided to use this skill to become a mercenary, and contracted with a private security firm for a while, but decided they didn't let him do enough, so he quit the firm in a very similar way to how he had quit being a salaryman. He became a freelance mercenary, being hired through a secret phone line, which the number changed every time it was called. He used the money to full on buy the apartment, and also to buy the materials to develop his throwing cards. He is now more famously known by his mercenary name, Tarot King, and takes on jobs secretly and discreetly.

Sample RP: Jun sat in his car, sniper in the backseat, waiting for his target to drive by. His target was a man named Ryou Hunra, and he had pissed off the wrong people, because these people had access to Tarot King. Jun saw a car similar to the car that Ryou was said to own turn the corner, and grabbed his rifle quickly and looked through the scope. He was told to make it look like an accident, and he was very good at staging accidents. He fired a single, silenced, bullet, and it ripped through the front left tire of Ryou's car.
The car spun out of control, pulling four full donut spins before slamming head-on into a semi-trailer, transforming the car into something that would more resemble a crushed cube of aluminum foil than a car. Jun replaced his sniper rifle, and backed up, then drove away, texting to his employer "Done." and tossing the disposable phone out the window, then backing over it and continuing to drive. - God Tarots:
