Rider Stuff
Name:Kamen Rider ATMIZR (Atomizer)
Henshin Device:The AtomE Can (Atomic Can) is a simply spray-can on the outside... But it’s actually a device made to spray complex nanochemically orientated nanomachines in a sprayed mist. The belt is similar to one you would find in Faiz with a silver case at the front that shows seams that would open it in the middle. It is bulky and both sides have attachments not unlike the top of a spraycan.
Forms:

• Form Name:Tag Form
  Appearance:AMTIZER is a mostly black figure with a black undersuit and many small black plates to allow for decent protection and agility. Underneath each forearm is a chrome silver part that looks a bit like a very compact Portal Gun only that it’s build into the arm. On the calves are similar parts. They have a moderately large nozzle to fire paint. Splattered all over the suit is graffiti that varies indefinitely depending on what was sprayed on the brick wall at the start.
  Transformation: Jess takes out the AtomE Can and shakes it up with the belt around his waist. As the ‘paint’ is fully mixed the case at the front pops open, revealing a nozzle which sprays out a projection of the ATMIZER emblem, a complex tag, before a brick wall appears behind it. Jess shouts ‘Henshin!” and sprays whatever his heart desires on the wall which flies back and envelopes around him. With a brick coccoon around him Jess lets go of the AtomE Can and breaks down the wall in an explosion of paint and flying bricks and the can is hooked onto the back of his belt.
  Weapons and Abilities:As one move sany of the limbs a clicking sound can be heard, similar to a rolling ball in a spray can. With every attack paint of varying colours is splattered out, able to stick onto enemies and be helpful like that. By flicking out the ‘nozzle’ of the attachment on the left side of his belt it turns into a lever which can be notched to three different modes that works by spraying new paints out of the atomizers on Jess’ limbs. Blue paint makes everything it touches like a trampoline, orange accelerates everything that moves across it while white allows things to walk on those surfaces. By simply flicking the nozzle on the other side Jess can shoot paint out of the emitters to blow enemies back. The most unique element of ATMIZER, however, is the ‘Psyche’ system. Jess opens the case at the front and the brick wall is projected in front of him again. He can spray various tags onto it and circular energy peels off of it and begins to orbit around ATMIZER while granting various mentally activated powers which override any of ATMIZER’s normal functions. However, perfection is required for these and the many various tags are very numerous and hard to master. *coughcoughcoughcoughcough* Jess will typically use Jupiter of the Monkey category, Hip Snake, Tigre Punk, HEAVY Line (Wild Boar) or Gatito categories though most of them he can’t use in a few seconds and is unsure what they are.
  Finisher(s):Nexus Ray, Massive Hit and several other Psyche classes are equivalent to finishers. However after shaking up the can enough by opening the case the brick wall is projected. Jess unhooks the AtomE Can and sprays the wall and everything around him freezes for a moment as he strikes the wall , pushing the mist of paint onto the wall. Upon impact paint explodes everywhere and the wall shatters.
  

Other Equipment:

• A sophisticated spraypainting kit.
  
• A special Swiss Army Knife-like tool that works by pressing one side of the knife, making a knuckeduster ring pop out. By folding out a bladefrom the other side and twisting it Jess has a knife that is hard to disarm and steady. Also by flicking out a part of the knuckeduster between the two rings for the bird and index finger another blade springs out, folding itself out before the piece that covered it locks it into place.
  
• Dead God’s Palace : A moderately large facility with large concrete walls that are covered in graffiti but almost impossible to climb the Dead God’s Palace looks like a run-down establishment on the outside but in entered through a gate large enough for trucks to enter the inside is a large carpark that has a collection of brick walls covering half of it, several small buildings that are enough for a small family to sleep in and a main building the size of a gymnasium. Inside it is divided into several rooms and two floors with a fountain encased in glass running through the reception like an odd river. A group of locked doors will lead into the corridor where rather than a run-down facility it is actually a well-kept hideout. The largest room that Jess uses as his base has an aquarium under a glass floor with two large wooden dining tables with plush sofas lining the side of them. The wall at the back is lined with bookshelves that have spraycans, photographs, books, weapons and jewlery behind glass cases. In front of that is a desk with a single laptop on it.
  

Inside Stuff
Personality:Jess is a bit of an interesting case, to say the least. While quite expressive when it comes to his tagging he rebukes society, hating just about everyone around him. He thinks of other people as unneeded weights and will manipulate them to do his deeds if he sees a good use for them but will otherwise lash out and cut them off of him. He will always do whatever he wants and rebukes society for impressing values, morals and whatnot onto him.
Strengths:

Weaknesses:

• Has no support or vague knowledge of his rider system.
  
• Unfamiliar with his Rider System.
  
• Ignores most people, even if they could be helpful to him.
  

History:Jess was born to a fairly rich family with his father being a politician that more or less ran the city he grew up in. While he was popular and ran the city fairly well he was a tyrant that killed morale everywhere he went. Jess was brought up in harsh circumstances and became a social hermit because of that, hiding behind the alias of ‘DSTREETZ’ as he used tagging as a way to get away from everything. He dominated the underground with quick street fighting, making his own weapon as he fought back against his own father to get his territory back rather than stay at home. Things only escalated when the person he regarded as his only friend died when a bridge that his father had ignored and had fallen into disrepair collapsed, killing his friend that had been travelling to come meet him. Stricken with guilt he was drawn furthur into his isolation. Eventually he stumbled upon a new spraypainting kit - One that could do much more than deface walls and so trying to figure that out he set up his own base in the streets, living more there than at home.
Anything Else:
Sample RP:Jess shut the gate behind him as he entered the Dead God’s Palace. He had his phone in his pocket, playing music as he strolled into his new home with a large bag at his side. He headed straight for the carpark, storming over to the walls and stopping at a blank one. He was breathing heavily as he opened up the bag and shook up several cans of paint before he began to graffiti the walls. He began to calm down as he painted, moving onto another segment of the walls and beginning to paint an idea that had been in his head for a while now - He had dubbed it ‘Heavy Line’. As he finished up and the sky darkened he had completed several works. He stood back and looked over what he had done before walking into the main building to rest and get something to eat. This was how he honestly preferred life - Alone with no-one to pester him, just able to get on with what he wanted to do. He could just do what he wanted. He might not smile or anything but this was where he was at home. With some instant noodles in hand he began tinkering with the belt he had found - There was something to it, he knew that much... He would figure it out soon. If it was anything useful he would need it - His tagging was starting to dominate the area and he was starting to have gangs turn on him.
