Civvie Stuff
Name: Kengo Utahoshi
Age: 17
Sex: Male
Nationality: Japanese
Occupation: Vector member/New Fourze support
Species: Human
Celebrity Claim: Ryuki Takahashi
Hair color/style: Black, kind of messy along the top. It goes down to about jaw length on the right side and back, but shorter on the left. There’s a gap above his right eye, while the hair slopes to nearly touch his left.
Eyes: Brown
Description: Kengo is of average Japanese build externally, but is weaker than he appears. He wears a blue school uniform (blue jacket), white shirt underneath with a red tie with white marks across it, as well as stripped pants as part of the uniform, and nice black shoes.
Rider Stuff
Name: Kamen Rider SEDAT
Henshin Device/Sequence: He puts the SEDAT Driver - a dark blue version of the Fourze Driver - on his waist, letting the belt span around him and secure itself. He loads four Astro Switches, flicks them up, turns the key on his right hip, and shouts "Henshin!" to activate the transformation. Each flip sends out "Turn Up" and the key turning causes "Ignition Set".
Forms:
- Form Name: Kamen Rider SEDAT
Appearance: The body of SEDAT is dark blue with yellow as a secondary, minor color. The head is shaped like Fourze’s, but rounder, keeping that rocket design. The face is rather similar, but has a bit of a face on it, similar to the “Fire Wings”. Instead of being sleek on the sides, it’s rounded, with the face inset, and a slight point coming off the top. Two rings are on each side of the head, one above eye level angling up, and one below, angling down. The rings are yellow, as are his eyes.
The body of the suit is sleek, with “spandex” armor along the chest, with actual armor molded over only the front of the chest, shown like muscles. His arms are the same, with the only actual armor being rounded shoulder pads with a node coming out, yellow, with yellow edges along the armor itself. The same for his elbows, minus the node. His legs are the same, with kneecaps covered in the same armor, as well as going on down, similar to Birth, down to his boots as shin guards in yellow outline, with a yellow line running down the center, otherwise blue.
On his back he has a pack similar to Fourze, allowing him to use a jet burst for a moment to hover, correct himself, etc.
Transformation: See above
Weapons and Abilities: Right arm:
1: Shuttle, by activating it, a large white and black shuttle appears, attached by a cord. It launches and crashes into enemies, flying around to bombard them with crashes. The jets can propel SEDAT as well.
5: Heavy, a large fist-like gauntlet appears for firing out, or for physical attacks. It also increases the arm strength overall.
9: Orbit, energy lines extend of Cosmic Energy and create two rotating planet-like spheres, small, but powerful due to how compact they are. The user can control their length and where they go, for a certain range. The lower the power, the longer the range, and vice-versa.
Right leg:
2: Zero, the armor on his leg extends, becoming larger. It can radiate a zero-gravity environment in a set area, but no matter what, SEDAT is in it and is affected.
6: Crush, a large boot appears for strengthened kicks and crushing/stomping attacks.
10: Propeller, a spinning propeller appears on the leg, able to go on the side or the front or back, but not the inside of the leg. The propeller can shoot him in a direction, or can be used for kicking/cutting attacks, or combined with other Switches for propelling attacks, such as with Plasma.
Left leg:
3: Jet, a large jet booster appears on the outside of the leg for flight, and for burning the enemy.
7: Cutter, a dual blade set appears on each side of his leg, allowing him to use his back jet or Zero Switch to shoot down at an enemy for slashing. Or just slash/kick.
11: Edge, the leg becomes covered in a coating that projects slightly off of the leg itself, allowing for simply cutting attacks. A kick can send it flying off and slice an enemy from a range, but it won’t work again for a time.
Left arm:
4: Satellite, by activating it, a small probe/satellite appears on his arm and shoots up. It remains even if un-Henshined. It tracks the enemy, and when used with Shuttle, can let the Shuttle go on its own and crash into enemies anywhere that the Satellite picks up.
8: Plasma, by activating it, a dish appears above the arm, letting him fire plasma bursts by harnessing Cosmic Energy, though the strength and range varies.
12: Rocket, by activating it, a rocket appears just off of his arm, attached by a small connector. He can fire it, sending it out like Shuttle, but it packs more of a punch and explodes, making using it a rarer event, as it takes time to rebuild, and there are only a few at a time.
Finisher(s): Various Limit Breaks
Villain Stuff
Name: Libra Zodiarts
Type Of Villain: Zodiarts
Henshin Device: Zodiarts Switch
Henshin Sequence: He lifts his Zodiarts Switch and presses it. His consciousness and the Switch teleport into the body that manifests anywhere he desires it to within a set range of around five hundred yards in any direction. Due to being a Horoscope, he’s not like a Dopant; it’s just his mind.
Forms:
- Form Name: Libra Zodiarts
Image/ Description: On the right; in robed form, without robe
Motif: Scales, Libra constellation
Color Scheme: Gray/black, yellow, blue
Transformation: See above
Fighting Style: He fights with a close range style as a Zodiarts, freezing things into stone with his staff. He’ll often transform into the enemy he faces and copy their weapons.
Weapons: Staff
Abilities: His staff can turn anything into stone. He can copy the Cosmic Energy of any foe he faces, copying their form and powers. The Zodiarts Switch records data of these transformations. As the scale zodiac, he can take matter from one location and switch it with another of equal matter, creating teleportation to mess with his enemy, and can also negate attacks that come for him by offering up some of his power in exchange. As a Horoscope Zodiarts, he has incredible power in his own right, exceeding some Riders in power, making him more than just an ordinary monster; making him a general class enemy. His robe diminishes his power; casting it away gives him full range of combat.
Finisher(s): He can create the Libra constellation off of his staff and unleash a massive burst of Cosmic Energy. Otherwise he copies the finishers of his foes.
Other Equipment:
- PDA to remain in contact with Vector.
Inside Stuff
Personality: Kengo is a very intelligent man, but not so much in schoolwork, finding a relief in working for Vector, as he doesn’t attend school as a result, but with a sense of longing, he wears a uniform from his old school. He can be a bit cold and distant at times, but tries to do what is right for the situation. He tries to act like a good person, a good human being, despite knowing that most Vector members aren’t. He is physically weak and a bit sickly, but he has a very strong will and will strive to do anything to prove his strength and show that he’s useful. He acts like he has a massive stick up his ass, and acts like a jerk most of the time, despite trying to be good. His combat abilities as he fights as Super-1 are lacking.
Strengths:
- His intelligence in areas pertaining to anything but school and its subjects.
- His incredible strength of will.
- He attempts to uphold proper moral standings, even while a Vector member.
Weaknesses:
- His weak and sickly body.
- Weak in school related subjects, so some of his basic knowledge is lacking.
- His heart isn’t fully in his work for Vector.
- He’s a massive jerk.
- Very minimal combat abilities.
History: Kengo grew up watching his father working with technology a lot, eventually picking it up from an early age, but soon began to relegate that to learning about the world, learning about real and practical knowledge, as work was a practical application, unlike school, he always saw. He never paid much attention to class, always working on things that mattered, keeping up with things that mattered, like politics, life, and everything else.
He eventually started to visit his father at work; a place called Vector. When his father died in an accident, and Kengo had no parents, Vector “adopted” him and helped him to take his father’s place as a computer worker and doing other jobs for them.
Kengo worked for them a long time, attending school minimally. He met Yuuki while there, and she joined him after this, after she fell for him. He eventually learned that he had some medical conditions, and that his weak body was something that couldn’t be helped. He continued to work, nearly killing himself with some of the exhaustion he induced unto himself because of his work. Vector let him do as he wished, however.
When the door they opened to the Kawatta Rider World didn’t close properly, and someone escaped with the New Fourze Driver – from that world’s Vector, It turned out – Kengo was assigned to bring it back, as he had been studying that other world more than most.
Anything Else: Played by Ren. He grows sicker and weaker from time to time, at points becoming almost unable to move. Being near the New Fourze Driver or a Vector facility fixes his health, however. If away from either for a prolonged period, he would die in a day or two. By being Super-1, he can prolong his health, but his use is sporadic of it, and possessing the Cyclode itself does not help him; he must transform to boost his health.
Sample RP:
Kengo collapsed, no feeling in his body anymore. No. No! This couldn’t be happening! He struggled, but he couldn’t get up. He just lay there, where nobody would find him, in a back street that was probably never used anymore.
He didn’t even have the strength to shout for help. He was going to die here, unable to keep working for Vector; unable to do what he wanted with his life. Granted, working for Vector wasn’t his plan, but still…he wanted control over his life.
Not this. Not dying like this.
“Kengo-kun!”
He recognized that voice. It was Yuuki. Was she…did she follow him?
He felt her hands on his body, trying to help him up, “Kengo-kun! What happened?” she was frantic, trying to control herself to be in control, “Kengo-kun!”
He managed to mouth something, but no words escaped his mouth.
“What? What is it?” she questioned him quickly, “What is it?”
“Vector,” he managed to gasp, “Phone.”
She reached into his pocket, finding his cell, and opening it. She dialed the speed dial for ‘Vector’, and would come to learn the location of the base, so that she could save Kengo.
But in the process of both of them going there, Kengo to survive, and Yuuki to save his life, Yuuki had just lost her freedom.
