Inside Stuff
Personality: Dillon is a bit antisocial towards others but given time will warm over with them. His time isolated in the desert combined with his amenesia leave him little common ground to bound with normal people on, as such he finds himself most comfortable with other heroes like the RPM Rangers and later Dekarangers. He is quick to act of others are in danger regardless of the potential risk to his own well being.
Strengths:
- Rather forgiving of others that come from less than ideal backgrounds due to his own past.
- Truly Heroic, will not allow others to suffer and will do everything he can to prevent any harm to come to anyone else.
- Enhanced abilities from his implants remain even when unmorphed.
Weaknesses:
- Does not take well to people questioning his or Tenaya's loyalty to humanity.
- His implants have begun to expand again, when they reach over 50% of his body he may lose control and become a Venjix agent.
- Antisocial and uncomfortable around normal people.
History: Nothing is known about Dillon's history before the Siege of Corinth City. At some point early in the war he was captured by Venjix along with many other humans and had cybernetics implanted into his body, unlike most of the hybrids who were designed to be sleeper agents him and Tenaya were designed to be the generals of his army of attack bots. Fortunately for humanity though before the brainwashing attempts could be completed beyond just taking away their memories Dillon escaped and was forced to abandon his sister.
He spent the next couple of years wandering the Nevada desert, never returning to civilization because something just kept drawing him back to the wastes. It was during this wandering that he met Ziggy Grover and was lead to Corinth city. While successfully navigating the Venjix barricade in an ordinary car impressed the local authorities his implants and lack of memory got him throne in jail. Eventually Dr. K and the yellow Ranger Summer got him a pardon in exchange for becoming Ranger Operator Series Black.
Over the next year he fought alongside the other Rangers defending Corinth city and searching for clues about his past until he came across a series of clues that revealed that Tenaya was his lost sister he kept seeing in his fragmented dreams. Eventually they triumphed and defeated Venjix or at least trapped him in the morphing grid and freed Corinth from Venjix's wrath. Despite his close relationship with Summer he decided that he needed to see the rest of the world with just him and his sister for now to find where he really belongs.
Anything Else: Played by Darkblade
Sample RP:
Dillon sighed as he drove his car through the streets of Reefside. A city that much like Corinth had felt the pain of Ranger battles, twice over now. Ninjas and Dinosaurs, according to the guidebooks. He feels as though he should be skeptical but half his body is made of robotics so he doesn't have right to not believe in the weird as he probably once did. Maybe that was why he was captured and converted so easily, he didn't believe in the threat of Venjix until it was too late. Doesn't really matter though, the past is in the past and he'll never know what it was. He has to live in the present, for the future, not the past.
As he drives he swears he could hear the familiar grinding sound that Venjix's foot soldiers were named for but that's impossible. Venjix was destroyed and every single Grinder was reduced to scrap metal but the sound was there none the less. It wasn't until the equally well known sound of a human scream reached his ears that he knew it wasn't in his mind. Slamming on the breaks and jumping out of his car he sees them hundred of Grinders running through the back alleys and side streets. He was back, Venjix somehow survived...
He barely even notices as he reaches out to grab the power source of his Ranger Powers, an Engine cell. "RPM! Get in Gear!"
