Note: I play Ixa, therefore, there's no point in making Keisuke Nago as a character. If anyone objects, I will change my claim, as per our new system (or how I interpret it, since we have nothing set in stone yet).

Inside Stuff
Personality: Thoma is a former conman, meaning he’s sly, manipulative, very careful with an eye for detail and a strong memory. He sometimes has issues with his job, as he forgets that he’s supposed to obey orders, and wants to do things as he wants to, and always has his eyes on treasures and the like, always scheming to get them, even if he knows he can’t ever get them, just out of boredom and his past. He’s a pretty big womanizer, but keeps it under control so it doesn’t get in his way, but has an admiration of the beauty of women, like art. He was always white collar, only going after monetary prizes, mostly art. That being said, he’s also an accomplished artist and does pretty good work. He’s very smart and knows security systems and the like, stealthy as well. He doesn’t like the use of guns, or combat in general, only relying on guns when it comes down to it, only fighting when he needs to, otherwise he prefers to be more of an information kind of guy. He doesn’t like being reined in by handlers, but knows not to argue too much. His weaknesses fall under his thieving past and his continued desire to keep it up, as well as his hate of firearms, his sense of honor – he never harmed anyone during his thieving days – as well as his haunted past of the woman he loved.
Strengths:
Weaknesses:
History: Thoma grew up in a home where his father was in the police and his mother dead. His father tried to raise him alone, and so he was growing up with some police ideals. However, his father abandoned him at the age of fifteen, forcing Thoma to get through life on his own. He always kept the idea of becoming a cop, but put it back in his mind.
He eventually turned to stealing to get by in life. He began to steal for a living, learning many tricks of the trade, but always avoided violence, always avoided weapons. He was a successful thief, living a high life, spending most time working on his art. He made a decent amount of enemies, and developed many aliases. He met a woman named Yuka, falling in love with her, as she did with him. He continued his thieving ways to get money for the two of them, continuing his art at the same time.
He began to stumble onto the idea of an old, hidden treasure that many had tried to obtain, but none had. He made rivals in the field, such as the blue collar version of himself –Uryu Kaito – and many others. Eventually he tried to leave his life for Yuka’s sake, but couldn’t, and was captured by SPD after dodging them for many years.
He was given a long sentence, but after four years – being captured at age 22 – he got out, working under work-release with someone watching him at all times, as there was a crime that they needed him to solve. After solving it, he was given a bit of a longer leash, which he spent trying to find Yuka and the treasure at the same time, while trying to stay on the good side of SPD.
He learned that Yuka had died recently, becoming distraught, haunted by her image, haunted by thoughts of her. He also continued to bury himself in his work, looking for the treasure, as he had nothing else he could do with Yuka gone. He was eventually trusted well enough after such a short amount of time that he was given an SP License, because that too was part of his leash. He was transferred to the main Earth branch after working with smaller groups on Earth, still looking for the treasure, for Yuka’s murderer – as he believes she was murdered, unlike the official report says – and trying to live his life as a reformed thief.
Anything Else: Played by Ren.
Sample RP:
“I thought you hated guns,” Hoji told him.
Thoma looked back to the other Dekaranger, then to the shooting gallery’s targets. He dropped the SP Shooter on the small stand, out of energy in the weapon. He looked back to Hoji, “I hate them; doesn’t mean I can’t shoot.”
“That accuracy is rival to mine,” Hoji said.
Thoma smiled, “I’m not taking your job, or that beautiful fiancée of yours. Although…,”
“No.”
“Come on, hear me out.”
“No.”
“I was just messing with you,” Thoma told him, clasping him on the shoulder, “Later, Hoji.”
As Thoma left, Hoji went to the gun and checked it. It wasn’t out of power. Based on the energy levels, and this weapon having been fully charged, he had shot four times.
There were five targets; all bull’s-eyes.
“How the hell did he do that?” muttered Hoji, looking back at the departing conman turned Dekaranger.

His helmet is sleeker, with the sides ridged near the top of the visor, the top section at the back curling back sleekly.
Weapons:
- Fire Defender; a sleek red and black firearm, though after every so many shots, he has to cock it with his thumb to fire the energy bullets. He wears a blade and sheath on his left hip, rather short. He can flip the grip on the gun to make it go straight, then can attach the barrel of the gun into the sheath to create a short sword, the Fire Defender: Sword Mode.
Zord:
- Fire Patroller; the Zord is a large train with a few cars behind it, each holding a smaller Zord inside. The train itself can fire energy bolts from the front of it and from small guns on the sides. The train is the largest part, very large, bigger than most normal Zords. Inside of the cars are the following, all of them falling under the same name as the train:
- A yellow, orange and red large crane.
- A heavily armored, smaller tank-like vehicle with a small cannon mounted on the back, and a shovel on the front like a bulldozer’s. Mostly gray with some red.
- A green colored fan vehicle, with a large, tubular fan on the back.
- A grayish blue colored vehicle, fairly sleek, with a large drill in the front.
- The vehicles all combine to form the Fire Patroller: Combat Mode, a Megazord. The crane bends, making part of it the leg, the other the foot. From the top of the leg part, a train car finishes up the leg, making the joint the knee. The other leg is made of the dozer and a train car. The blade of the dozer and the crane both detach for later. The train cars go over parts of the vehicle, so the car is smaller when attaching into Megazord mode, as parts go to flesh out the lower legs and feet, detaching from the main part. The chest is built of the train, with the back of the train going down to connect into the legs, with one train car split in half to flesh out the sides to help with the connection. The train itself bends over and opens to reveal a head, while the nose of the train forms the center of the chest. Shoulders are made bulky by the split of the train. The drill and a piece of train car – from the chest car – becomes the right arm, with the drill resting on the arm, able to be used in combat. The fan vehicle becomes the left arm along with a part of the train car, while the turbo fan rests on the arm itself. The crane and blade of the dozer can attack to the arms for different weaponry. The train’s blasters are mounted around the chest and still capable weaponry. The head itself looks like that of the Dekaranger’s normal mecha, since it was based off that technology.
